You are required to inform the company of any faults in the products without 2 working days of receiving the product. In case of any faulty printing, we will reprint the order but the money will not be refunded. Our management team goes through extensive checks to make sure that products are satisfactory. It is the customer’s responsibility to send us a photo of the defect within 7 days at their own expense for us to reprint the order.At least 99% of the product is to be returned in order to qualify for reprinting within 10 business days after delivery. Urgent orders have extra charges which are non-refundable.
Order placement includes a form of products and services that the customer is required to fill out that states exactly what the customer wants us to do. The customer needs to approve the form which includes the final artwork and job specification sheet. It is the customer’s responsibility to go through all the details mentioned in the specification sheet because once we get approval from the customer, the task is sent to the press. Turnaround time after final form submission is mentioned on the site. PCB is not responsible for any requirements beyond those mentioned in the specification sheet.Color accuracy and density are not guaranteed, screen proofs only predict design layout, text accuracy, image proportion, and placement. PCB tries to match the gradient density of colors in duo-tune. Matched proofs can be ordered by the customers of the duo-tune. Lamination of products can affect them or change the final printed color appearance. PCB is not liable for the color appearance of a laminated product(s).The final product color is taken from the artwork and design submitted by the customer and no guarantee is given that the color will be an exact match due to limitations of the printing process and the type of ink that is used. By placing an order, you automatically agree the Premium Custom Boxes will not be responsible for color inaccuracies in the final product. No reprints are done for such color alterations which are caused by system limitations. A guarantee is given for color if a customer demands hard proof before the final printing. Hard proofs are charged extra by Premium Custom Boxes.
